MetroWest is a master planned community and is the westernmost neighborhood in the City of Orlando. MetroWest is known for its beautiful landscaping and the rolling hills of its golf course.

Architectural Review Board
| Are you thinking about making improvements to your home? In addition to paint color, there are a number of projects that need approval through the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Click here to read additions made to the covenants. The ARB meets the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm before the monthly HOA Board Meetings. To submit a project to the ARB for approval, print the form, fill it out, and mail it to Sentry Management. |
Golf Course
| MetroWest Golf Club The golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr, is considered one of the best courses in the area. It is a public golf course so you do not have to be a member to play. The clubhouse has a pro shop and a restaurant. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. |
