Welcome to the Neighborhood!
| MetroWest is a master planned community and is the westernmost neighborhood in the City of Orlando. MetroWest is known for its beautiful landscaping and the rolling hills of its golf course. The Unit 5 subdivisions were established in 1993. The community is characterized by tree lined streets. You'll find parents walking children to school, runners, walkers, and cyclist taking advantage of the extensive network of sidewalks throughout the neighborhoods. A village center with shopping, dining, and medical services is conveniently located about a mile from the neighborhood. |
Architectural Review Board
| Are you thinking about making improvements to your home? In addition to paint color, there are a number of projects that need approval through the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Click here to read additions made to the covenants. The ARB meets the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm before the monthly HOA Board Meetings. To submit a project to the ARB for approval prior, print the form, fill it out, and mail it to Sentry Management. |

Neighborhood Schools
| Orange County Public Schools is designated an 'A' School District MetroWest boasts some of the area's finest schools. MetroWest Elementary School, Gotha Middle School, and Olympia High School all received an 'A' grade this past school year. Golf Course
| MetroWest Golf Club The golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr, is considered one of the best courses in the area. It is a public golf course so you do not to be a member to play. The clubhouse has a pro shop and a restaurant. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. |
