MetroWest is a master planned community and is the westernmost neighborhood in the City of Orlando. MetroWest is known for its beautiful landscaping and the rolling hills of its golf course. The Unit 5 subdivisions were established in 1993. The community is characterized by tree lined streets. You'll find parents walking children to school, runners, walkers, and cyclist taking advantage of the extensive network of sidewalks throughout the neighborhoods. A village center with shopping, dining, and medical services is conveniently located about a mile from the neighborhood.

Other communities are experiencing problems with squatters taking advantage of vacant homes, most of which are in foreclosure. Contact Orlando Police if you see any suspicious activity. 

Watering Restrictions
Water restrictions are in effective until March 14.  Homes with addresses ending in an odd number may water only on Saturdays, while those ending in an even number may water on Sundays.  Water only when needed and not between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.  Water no more than one hour per zone.

Architectural Review Board
Are you thinking about making improvements to your home?  In addition to paint color, there are a number of projects that need approval through the Architectural Review Board (ARB).  Click here to read additions made to the covenants.  The ARB meets the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm before the monthly HOA Board Meetings.  To submit a project to the ARB for approval, print the form, fill it out, and mail it to Sentry Management.

Golf Course
MetroWest Golf Club
The golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr, is considered one of the best courses in the area. It is a public golf course so you do not have to be a member to play. The clubhouse has a pro shop and a restaurant. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week.
